Italian Recipe: Risotto with mushrooms


Hoy vamos a intentar cocinar un rico Risotto con setas y queso de cabra 😉

This recipe is very easy and the result is always good. Everyone can do it!!
Ingredients for two:
* 1 onion
* 150 gr of round rice
* 1 glass of white wine
* several glasses of meat stock
* 75gr of butter
* 25 gr of goat cheese
* 100 gr of mushrooms
How to do:
1. Cut the onion as small as possible
2. Fry the onion until become transparent but no goldy
3. Add the rice an fry during one minute stirring all the time.
4. Cut the mushroom and add.
5. With a middle/low heat add warm stock bit by bit and don’t stop to stir.
6. When the stock has disappeared add more and repeat the action during around 20 min or when the rice is soft
7. Add salt and/or pepper if is needed.
8. At the end add the cheese to get a creamy rice.
