Chicken with curry and coconut milk (for 4 people):

In a big pot you put olive oil in the bottom. Then cut 1 big onion and make it gilt in the oil. Then you add 4 pieces of chicken. Wait also a bit until they become gilt on both sides.
Then, you add 1 big crème fraîche tablespoon, the coconut milk and the curry (as much as you want). Add salt and pepper.
Let it cook at least 1h30 or 2h at a low heating.
Chicken with olives
You do the same thing as above with the chicken (no onion).
Instead of the onion you put red, yellow and green peppers. You wait a bit and then you add a whole bottle of olives with the juice. Then you add water until the chicken is covered.
Salt and pepper.
Let it cook 2h at a low heating also.
Stir it sometimes of course.
